Evolution is recruiting for an IT Support role based in Moreno, Argentina. The successful candidate will deliver first and second line support for internal users and contractors, handle device setup, configuration, and troubleshooting across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.

You will manage user accounts (Okta, AD, Azure AD, O365), participate in network tasks, and help develop local IT infrastructure while maintaining security and inventory controls. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Formación

• Two+ years of IT support experience.
• Fluent Spanish and English, written and spoken.
• Experience with Windows, macOS and Linux deployments.
• Ability to document procedures clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1st/2nd line IT support for internal users and contractors.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
