Responsabilidades

• Client Support & Communication: Interact with clients to advise on workflow and VDR processes; provide first-line technical and operational support; build and maintain positive client relationships; manage multiple client engagements.
• Platform Support & Training: Help users navigate the VDR platform; host online client training; investigate issues and escalate technical matters as needed.
• Delivery & Internal Coordination: Monitor progress and ensure deliverables are accurate and timely; collaborate with internal teams across regions; follow Best Practice procedures.
• Documentation & Administration: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, support requests, and billing information; perform additional duties as needed.
