TransPerfect Inc. is hiring a Client Services Representative in Buenos Aires to provide high-quality technical and operational support to North America-based clients. The role is fully on-site in Colegiales, with a 11 am - 8 pm schedule, five days a week.

You will guide users through the VDR platform, handle inquiries, train clients, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely deliverables. Strong English skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset are essential.

• Native-level English fluency with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable speaking to a wide range of B2B customers.
• Highly motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resilient with a positive can-do attitude.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and active listening skills.
• Capable of multi-tasking, working under pressure, and meeting strict deadlines.
• Willing to grow, develop, and continually learn new skills.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a B2B environment.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new software and tools. Training will be provided.
• Previous experience in a technology, software, or IT company is beneficial but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with clients by phone or email to advise on workflow and VDR processes.
• Provide first-line technical and operational support across the VDR platform.
• Nurture and develop effective relationships with clients.
• Anticipate and manage clients' needs effectively.
• Act as main point of contact for multiple client engagements.
• Host online client training sessions and support key workflows.
• Investigate user issues and escalate technical matters as needed.
• Monitor progress to ensure deliverables are accurate and timely.
• Collaborate with internal teams across regions to meet timelines.
