Job summary

Trinetix is seeking an experienced NOC Engineer to monitor and troubleshoot complex network services across IP and transmission platforms. The role focuses on incident handling, fault management, and collaboration with global teams in an international environment.

The candidate should have 3–5+ years in a NOC, strong TCP/IP/MPLS/BGP skills, and CCNP Enterprise or equivalent. English proficiency (B2+) is mandatory for day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in a NOC or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, MPLS, BGP, QoS and xWDM.
• CCNP Enterprise level knowledge or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools and incident handling.
• Experience with Linux/Windows environments.
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the network across IP and transmission platforms and underlying infrastructure.
• Act on alarms indicating service-impacting issues.
• Troubleshoot faults and outages across relevant platforms.
• Resolve incidents at first line whenever possible; minimize escalation.
• Own incidents and drive them to resolution and restoration.
• Collaborate with third-party providers during troubleshooting.
• Maintain clear, timely incident documentation for stakeholders.
• Track SLA commitments and coordinate resolution across teams.
• Prepare root cause analyses and outage reports.
