Media.Monks is seeking a Network Analyst to manage networking assets across LATAM locations, deploy changes, and automate routine operations. You will monitor performance metrics and contribute to security and documentation efforts across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has strong DNS/DHCP knowledge, routing experience (OSPF/BGP), proficiency with Zabbix, and solid Linux skills, with excellent English communication. Experience handling WAN/LAN and firewall tools will be valued.

• Excellent documentation skills and English fluency required.
• Intermediate Linux experience required.

Media.Monks is a digital-first marketing and advertising services company. This Network Analyst role involves managing networking infrastructure (Internet, LAN, routing, VPNs, Firewalls, Wi‑Fi) for Media.Monks sites across LATAM.

What You'll Do

• Administer network assets across LATAM locations
• Prepare and deploy network changes
• Automate operational and maintenance work to reduce manual effort
• Monitor, analyze, and report metrics on network service performance

What You Need

• Relevant certifications in network and firewall technology
• Deep knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Routing and Routed Protocols (OSPF, BGP)
• Epic network troubleshooting skills
• Excellent documentation skills
• Experience with network monitoring tools (Zabbix preferred)
• Security knowledge
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Intermediate Linux experience

Nice to Have

• Fortinet NSE 4, 5, 7 certifications or equivalent
• Zabbix network monitoring tool experience
• Ability to learn quickly and share knowledge
