BM Global Services Buenos Aires is seeking a Network Operations Engineer to join our global team. You will support and maintain the Firm’s LAN/WAN infrastructure, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient network operations while contributing to day-to-day support and ongoing improvement initiatives.

Expect to troubleshoot Layer 2/3 connectivity, monitor performance, and maintain documentation. The role requires 2–4 years in network operations, fluency in English, and CCNA/Network+ or equivalent

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of experience in Network Operations or similar role.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Certifications: CCNA or CompTIA Network+ or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Layer 2/3, routing and switching (BGP/OSPF).

• Troubleshoot network incidents and support Layer 2/Layer 3 connectivity across enterprise environments.
• Monitor network performance, hardware, and compliance with information security standards.
• Maintain network documentation and support wireless, remote access, firewall, and cloud-connected technologies.
• Collaborate with global teams on day-to-day operations, incident resolution, and network improvement initiatives.

What will help you succeed in this opportunity?

• Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory).
• 2-4 years of experience in Network Operations or a similar networking role.
• Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent enterprise networking experience.
• Strong knowledge of Layer 2/Layer 3 networking, routing and switching, including BGP and OSPF.
• Experience with Cisco technologies; exposure to Aruba, Arista, Palo Alto, Cisco Firepower, and Zscaler is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of enterprise wireless networks, VPNs, SD-WAN, and network security solutions.
• Familiarity with network automation, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring across LAN, WAN, wireless, and cloud-connected environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
