Media.Monks in Argentina is seeking a Network Engineer to manage LAN/WAN for LATAM sites, including Internet, VPNs, and firewalls. You will maintain network assets, implement changes, and drive reliability. You’ll work with Fortinet NSE certifications, DNS/DHCP, OSPF/BGP, Linux, and monitoring tools like Zabbix to keep services secure and measurable.

Now, about the opportunity: In the Networking position, you’ll manage networking activities (Internet, LAN, dynamic routing, VPNs, Firewalls, Wi‑Fi etc.) for Media.Monks sites in LATAM

Key Responsibilities

• You’ll be in charge of the administration of network assets
• You’ll handle the preparation and deployment of network changes
• You’ll automate the operational and maintenance work as much as possible
• You’ll monitor, analyze, and report metrics of network services
• Relevant certifications on network and firewall technology and solutions with a high preference for Fortinet NSE 4, 5, 7 etc.
• Deep knowledge on DNS, DHCP, Routing and Routed Protocols (OSPF, BGP)
• Epic network troubleshooting skills
• Experience with network monitoring tools (Zabbix preferred)
• Security knowledge
• Ability to learn quickly and share knowledge
• You’re Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Intermediate Linux experience. Know why things work on a Linux system -- not just how to configure them
