My Sheet Music Transcriptions is seeking a Music Specialist + Customer Service to work remotely. You will handle client communications in English, prepare quotes, estimate timelines, and resolve musical and technical questions.

Based in Argentina, you will collaborate with the transcription team and support the community via email and phone, ensuring high customer satisfaction. 30 hours per week as a freelancer.

Formación

• Proficient/Native level English (C1+).
• 10+ years of advanced musical training and reading scores.
• Advanced level of instrument playing (6+ years).
• Experience with Excel, Drive/Dropbox, calendars, Trello/Slack.
• Proactive, well organized, able to communicate in a team.
• Please acknowledge onboarding protocols; include animal emoji if read terms.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with clients in English; prepare quotes and estimate work time.
• Provide customer service via email and company phone.
• Follow established response protocols and follow up by email/phone.
• Coordinate with transcription/music writing team for decisions.
• Coordinate with English/Spanish CS colleagues on workflows.
• Perform other musical editing, admin, and problem-solving tasks.
