AgileEngine is seeking a MuleSoft Developer to own the Java/MuleSoft integration layer connecting Salesforce Service Cloud to upstream and downstream systems. You will build and maintain API integrations, data synchronization, and support case creation workflows.

This role includes production troubleshooting, incident support, on-call rotation, and collaboration across DevOps and engineering teams to ensure reliable integration health and timely delivery of projects.

Formación

• Must have 3-5 years of experience as a software developer.
• Proficient in Java and MuleSoft.
• Strong background in enterprise integration and middleware.
• Experience with production troubleshooting and incident support.
• Experience building and maintaining integrations and resolving API issues.
• Familiarity with monitoring, alert triage and platform health.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain the Java/MuleSoft integration layer connecting Salesforce Service Cloud to upstream and downstream systems.
• Contribute to engineering efforts across daemons and MuleSoft capabilities, focusing on the integration layer.
• Support stakeholders in Service Cloud, partnering with internal teams on integration issues affecting Cases/workflows.
• Diagnose and resolve API/integration failures impacting Salesforce processes.
• Participate in Developer First Responder rotation and Ops Review process.
• Triage critical alerts related to integration health and monitor MuleSoft/Java services.
