AgileEngine is seeking a MuleSoft Developer to own the Java/MuleSoft integration layer connecting Salesforce Service Cloud with upstream and downstream systems. You will build and maintain API integrations, manage data synchronization, and support case creation workflows with on-call rotation.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, incident support, and collaboration with internal teams to resolve integration issues affecting Cases and workflows.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a MuleSoft Developer to own the Java/MuleSoft integration layer connecting Salesforce Service Cloud to upstream and downstream systems. This person builds and maintains API integrations, message routing, and data synchronization that power case creation and orchestration. Production troubleshooting, incident support, and on-call rotation are part of the role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Own and maintain the Java/MuleSoft integration layer connecting Salesforce Service Cloud to the upstream and downstream systems that support the Case object lifecycle.
• Contribute to active engineering efforts across internally owned daemons and MuleSoft capabilities, with a focus on the integration layer.
• Support stakeholders and their reps in Service Cloud, partnering with internal teams on integration-related issues affecting Cases and case workflows.
• Diagnose and resolve API/integration failures impacting downstream Salesforce Service Cloud processes.
• Participate in the DFR (Developer First Responder) rotation and Ops Review process as a core, non-optional responsibility.
• Triage critical alerts related to integration/API health and monitor platform health KPIs for MuleSoft/Java services.
• Handle "keep-the-lights-on" injects, track open incidents, and document findings in Confluence.
• Keep sprint data current, including availability, carryover, and newly assigned points.
