AgileEngine is seeking a Database Administrator to manage, secure, and tune high-availability production databases. This hands-on role focuses on database administration, performance, security, and reliability, not data engineering.

The position requires 3–4 years of hands-on DBA experience, expertise in SQL Server and Aurora PostgreSQL, PowerShell or Python, Terraform, Confluent Kafka, and AWS RDS/Aurora, with an upper-intermediate English level.

Competenze

• 3–4 years hands-on DBA experience with SQL Server and Aurora PostgreSQL.
• Proficient with PowerShell or Python and IaC tooling (Terraform).
• Experience with AWS RDS/Aurora, high availability, DR planning.
• Strong security controls and access management.
• Ability to work with engineers on design and deadlines.
