Job summary

Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Growth Marketer (Media Buying + Creative Strategy) to drive paid social for e-commerce and personal brands. The role blends audience research, creative development, and campaign management across Meta platforms.

You will own campaigns end-to-end, analyze performance, and present insights to clients with clear recommendations. You will build personas, craft hooks and copy, lead creative production, and manage budgets while communicating strategy and results

Qualifications

• Strong copywriting that speaks to the user rather than the client
• Habit of studying ads and reverse-engineering campaigns
• Working knowledge of core ad metrics: CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL
• Confidence leading client relationships and strategy conversations
• Ability to own projects, communicate plans, and solve roadblocks

Responsibilities

• Research audience pain points and desired outcomes from Reddit threads, reviews, and competitor ads
• Build persona profiles and identify resonant angles for each audience
• Write hooks, scripts, and body copy to drive engagement and conversions
• Direct creative production including shot selection and visual storytelling with brand consistency
• Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns from targeting to budget allocation
• Read CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL and determine winning creative rationale
• Translate performance data into actionable client recommendations
• Lead client meetings, set agendas, and keep documentation current
