• Establish standards for hypothesis-driven design, decision-ready evidence, and scalable processes.
• Shape enabling-technology agenda across accelerated breeding, genomics, phenotyping, analytics, and automation.
• Lead adoption, governance, and change management to embed new practices across crops and regions.
• Own the impact narrative and metrics for cycle time, genetic gain, cost, quality, and adoption.
