Celebrity Cruises is seeking an experienced Front Desk Manager to own guest interactions and ensure premium, memorable service aboard the ship. You will lead the Front Desk team, coordinating with all hotel and marine departments to anticipate guest needs and uphold standards of excellence.

The role requires strong hospitality, communication, and organizational skills, with accountability for financials, training, and guest sentiment. A calm, proactive leader is essential for success on board.

Formación

• 4+ years in Front Desk Managerial or General Manager role in a cruise line (shipboard).
• Experience handling 100+ guests in a 4-5 star hotel.
• Experience supervising 30+ team members in Guest Services.
• Willingness to work under pressure.
• Adhere to Celebrity Cruises WAYS standards, Safety policies and KPIs.
• Maintains professionalism and emergency preparedness across Front Desk Operations.
• Strong administrative skills with data metrics and analysis.
• Communicates inventory, program access and maintenance requirements.
• Attention to detail in financial transactions and cash handling.
• Responds to escalated guest concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Owns guest interaction quality and follow-up to ensure premium service.
• Acts as liaison between Front Desk team and other shipboard departments.
• Oversees Front Desk operations, including financial, training, and analytics aspects.
• Ensures emergency preparedness and orderliness of front/back of house.
• Addresses escalated guest concerns with empathy and professionalism.
