Celebrity Cruises seeks an experienced Front Desk/Guest Services professional to deliver exceptional service onboard, focusing on VIPs, groups and Concierge Class experiences. You will respond to guest concerns with empathy and maintain luxury spaces to ensure a memorable voyage for all guests.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in high-end hotel front desks, event coordination for large groups, and a willingness to work aboard a ship. Shipboard guest services experience is a strong plus.

Formación

• Requires strong English communication and guest interaction skills.
• 2-3 years experience as Front Desk/Receptionist in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
• Experience handling events with 80+ guests.
• Experience in guest services on ships is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as primary contact and ambassador for guests, with emphasis on VIPs, loyalty, groups and Concierge Class events.
• Responds to escalated guest concerns in a upscale, professional and empathetic manner.
• Maintains Concierge lounge, Loyalty spaces and conference rooms to a luxury standard.
• Maintains knowledge of brand features, ship information, itineraries and guest preferences.
• Coordinates guests' special requests (transportation, reservations, activities, spa, shore excursions, etc.).
• Leads by example with calm leadership and adherence to guest experience standards.
