Royal Caribbean Group is seeking an Assistant Front Desk Manager to supervise the front desk team and deliver industry-leading guest service. You will coach, train and evaluate staff, address guest feedback, and maintain knowledge of KPIs to drive ownership of the guest experience.

• Minimum one year front of house supervisory experience in hotel, cruise line or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to deal with guests with discretion, patience and diplomacy.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and problem resolution.
• Ability to communicate diplomatically with managers and staff to resolve issues.
• Flexible to manage a dynamic guest services operation and changes.
• Experience with US cash handling and foreign exchange preferred.
