Formación

• Minimum two years’ front of house managerial/operational experience in a cruise line (shipboard).
• Ability to communicate diplomatically with guests and staff to resolve issues.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and quality standards.
• Willingness to relocate across the fleet as needed.
