Pearster is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to design and optimize data-driven campaigns across email, SMS, push, and other channels. You will build automated workflows, segment audiences, and collaborate with product, sales, and success teams to nurture customers from onboarding to retention.

This remote LATAM role offers USD compensation, flexible work from anywhere, paid time off, and opportunities for international certifications.

Competenze

• 2+ years in lifecycle/CRM/marketing automation
• Advanced English (C1) with excellent written/verbal skills
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Experience building and executing lifecycle campaigns with CRM tools

Mansioni

• Plan, execute, and optimize lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and other channels
• Develop engagement strategies across acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation
• Build automated workflows and customer journeys in CRM/marketing automation platforms
• Segment audiences based on behavior and lifecycle stages
• Create personalized campaigns to improve engagement and conversion
• Coordinate calendars, content requirements, and timelines
• Conduct A/B tests to optimize messaging and audience segmentation
• Monitor key metrics and provide data-driven recommendations
• Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams
• Identify opportunities to improve automation and lifecycle processes
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and best practices
