Job summary

Innovid is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Buenos Aires to lead end-to-end tech recruiting for a fast-paced, international team. You will partner with Hiring Managers and HRBPs, ensuring high-quality hires while embracing DEI and brand representation at events.

The role targets proactive recruiters who can leverage AI sourcing tools and data-driven insights to improve processes and candidate experience in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in full-cycle tech recruiting in fast-paced international tech companies.
• High English proficiency (written and spoken) for global collaboration.
• Experience with ATS platforms (SmartRecruiters is a strong bonus).
• Strong ownership, agility, and proactive problem solving in a dynamic environment.
• Experience representing the brand at job fairs, universities, and meetups is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end recruitment from kickoff to offer.
• Maintain high hiring standards aligned with culture, technical needs, and DEI.
• Manage multiple roles and develop ad-hoc hiring solutions.
• Provide a world-class candidate experience from outreach to decision.
• Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and HRBPs.
• Contribute to AI, Employer Branding, DEI, metrics, and sourcing initiatives.
• Measure and report on talent metrics using ATS data.
• Leverage talent technologies and automation to streamline hiring.
