Lenovo is seeking a Product Launch & New Product Introduction (NPI) Specialist to drive planning and launches across LatAm, with a focus on Argentina, Chile, Peru, and neighboring markets. You will coordinate POR execution and lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product introductions throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering.
• 3 years of experience in product management, launches, PMO, operations, manufacturing, or related area.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent project management discipline and execution capabilities.
• Manufacturing interaction experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools.
• Experience leveraging AI and Generative AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve productivity.
