Job summary

Syngenta is seeking a Product Solution Lead LATAM to shape digital products that empower commercial teams across Argentina, Uruguay and beyond. You will translate complex business needs into scalable solutions and work closely with regional product leads and global tech teams.

The role covers Salesforce, CP Core, data platforms, and AI-enabled experiences, with emphasis on regional value delivery and adoption across LATAM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/IS/Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years in business analysis, functional consulting, solution design, product delivery or related IT role.
• Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce implementations or enhancements.
• Experience translating business needs into user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria, and supporting delivery through UAT and go-live.
• Familiarity with Sales, Marketing, Pricing or CRM; agriculture experience a plus.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum, backlog management and iterative delivery.
• Exposure to integrations, APIs, data flows, automation or cloud platforms is an advantage.
• Strong communication in English; Spanish valued for regional engagement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Pricing and other stakeholders to understand processes and opportunities.
• Lead discovery conversations and workshops; translate insights into requirements and user stories.
• Define product vision, roadmaps and adoption plans for regional features and solutions.
• Design end-to-end functional solutions across Salesforce and other platforms, including data workflows and integrations.
• Lead UAT, test scenarios, defect follow-up and sign-off.
• Support deployment readiness, training materials and knowledge transfer.
• Monitor solution performance and identify improvements for adoption.
