Abbott LATAM is seeking an AS&T Manager based in Argentina to lead analytical science and technology activities across LATAM manufacturing sites. You will oversee regional and Argentina-based MS&T teams, driving harmonization, process optimization, and regulatory readiness.

You will provide scientific leadership across Operations, Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Supply Chain, delivering technical transfers, lifecycle support, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related discipline required.
• Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) preferred.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide scientific and technical leadership for analytical activities across LATAM manufacturing sites.
• Support product lifecycle, including technology transfers and regulatory submissions.
• Lead analytical compliance initiatives and continuous improvement within GMP framework.
• Manage regional AS&T organization and mentoring of teams across LATAM.
