Formación

• Proven track record of turning growth ideas into measurable results.
• 7+ years in the internet industry; 3+ years in senior growth roles in transaction-based sectors.
• Led growth projects or campaigns with a structured framework.
• Deep understanding of AB testing, funnel analysis and custom growth strategies.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms/tools.
• Strong data-driven thinking and ability to build monitoring/analytic systems.
• Familiarity with multiple Business Units’ products and user pain points.

Responsabilidades

• Activate and optimize onboarding to improve activation and first-time transactions.
• Build lifecycle management, segmentation and programs to boost retention and repeat purchases.
• Design and optimize referral and viral growth mechanisms to drive organic growth.
• Lead A/B testing and segmentation to optimize resource allocation.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth execution of lifecycle marketing strategies.
• Use data analysis to uncover business insights and propose data-driven solutions.
• Stay informed on product features and user needs across Business Units.
