OKX is searching for a VIP Relationship Director to spearhead their VIP strategy in LATAM. The successful candidate will enhance trading volumes and develop personalized relationships with top traders.

Key responsibilities include leading BD initiatives, cultivating client relationships, and leveraging data insights to optimize user engagement. A strong background in crypto and excellent bilingual communication skills are essential for this position, along with an ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years in business development or relationship management in crypto, trading, or fintech.
• Proven success in acquiring and retaining high-value clients.
• Experience leading teams and executing strategies in dynamic environments.
• Understanding of LATAM crypto and trading landscape.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead VIP growth strategy in LATAM.
