Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (as remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Leadership activities: Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables.
• Unblinded Clinical Lead responsibilities and IP management for assigned studies.
• May act as Clinical Lead when not assigned to a study.
• Manage project resources including CRAs and monitoring staff.
• Monitor study metrics and develop analytics strategy.
• Support monitoring strategy development and escalations.
• Attend study team or client meetings.
• Ensure documentation and audit readiness.
