Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience; ICH GCP knowledge.
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English (Mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead; manage IP, risk and mitigations.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with project resources.
• Develop monitoring strategy and RBM-related tools and templates.
• Ensure audit-ready documentation and study quality.
