IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for a remote role across LATAM. You will lead the Centralized Monitoring team, partnering with project and clinical leads to deliver project objectives while optimizing speed, quality, and cost in line with IQVIA SOPs and guidelines.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in life sciences, 3+ years of clinical monitoring (remote or on-site), 2+ years in a lead role, and strong English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (as remote or on site CRA). Advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements.
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and oversee delivery of clinical deliverables on global projects.
• Manage study metrics, trend analysis and action plans for clinical studies.
• Provide inputs to study teams and management to drive continuous process improvements.
• Mentor or coach junior staff and ensure audit-ready documentation.
