The role requires leading a team, overseeing RBM/monitoring activities, and mentoring staff. Strong English skills and multi-country coordination are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience.
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team across global projects.
• Oversee study metrics and trend analysis to drive action.
• Coordinate with project and clinical leads per SOPs and guidelines.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure audit readiness.
