Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead to drive the Centralized Monitoring team across LATAM in a fully remote capacity. You will partner with the project and clinical leads to ensure delivery aligns with contract objectives while optimizing speed, quality, and cost, in line with IQVIA SOPs and practices.

The role requires a life sciences degree, 3+ years in clinical monitoring (remote/on-site) and 2+ years in a lead role, with advanced English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced command of English (Mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team to deliver project objectives.
• Collaborate with project and clinical leads to optimize speed, quality and cost.
• Ensure compliance with IQVIA SOPs, policies and practices.
• Maintain strong written and verbal communication in English.
