Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is hiring a KYC Relationship Officer to partner with bankers and AML/KYC Operations. You will ensure client KYC records comply with regulatory standards and drive timely due diligence at inception and renewal of client relationships.

The role requires handling AML/KYC processes, deviations, and risk management with a consultative approach and strong communication skills. This position is based in Argentina with on-site responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage client and partner expectations in a consultative manner.
• Own the KYC/AML experience and client experience.
• Ensure KYC/AML deliverables meet requirements and hold partners accountable.
• Demonstrate understanding of KYC/AML processes and address delays or inefficiencies.
• Manage operational risk through awareness of process risks.
• Escalate risk items and drive issues to closure.
• Support bankers in client selection and risk management.
• Independently manage renewal cycle of Due Diligence Forms with Relationship Management.
