The role collaborates with Compliance, Technology, and Client Services to ensure regulatory adherence and data integrity. The ideal candidate is a graduate or advanced student with fluent English, strong communication, and organizational skills, able to handle multiple

• Graduate or advanced bachelor student.
• Fluent in English for daily written and spoken communication.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Organized, proactive with good prioritization and problem solving.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a changing environment.
• Team player with collaborative mindset.
• Excel skills; Portuguese knowledge is a plus.

Mansioni

• Perform KYC and client documentation analysis for new customers and amendments.
• Study legal and commercial documents to understand client activity and risk.
• Apply AML policies and internal procedures in line with local/global rules.
• Advise on onboarding requirements and status for business partners.
• Ensure client records comply with applicable rules and protect assets.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Internal Controls, Technology, and Client Services.
• Prepare data or reports required by regulatory needs related to clients.
• Participate in special projects as requested.
