Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a KYC quality control Manager to join the CIB/CB businesses in LATAM, ensuring due diligence for new and existing clients in line with AML/KYC standards.

You will oversee a team of professionals reviewing client profiles, guiding AML policies, and driving efficient risk-based review processes while coordinating with Legal, Compliance, Internal Controls, Technology and Client Services in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• 8–10 years of KYC/AML-Compliance in banking/financial services.
• 3–5 years leadership/management experience.
• Senior reporting experience translating data for WKOR Global and Regional management.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Review client profiles for lifecycle consistency against documents.
• Lead the team to follow AML/KYC procedures and due diligence.
• Identify root causes and patterns to resolve issues.
• Develop knowledge of procedures, systems, products and services.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Internal Controls, Technology, Client Services, and Global WKOR teams.
• Identify and control risk to prevent fraudulent account behavior.
• Prioritize workload to maximize team productivity.
• Follow established policies and practices.
• Present a confident professional presence to extended teams.
• Escalate and manage complex cases in a timely manner.
