Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a detail-oriented AML Onboarding Specialist to review client documentation and apply local and global AML policies. You will liaise with Middle Office and other control functions to gather documents, answer onboarding questions, and ensure compliance for new clients across the region.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly organized and proactive with strong prioritization and problem solving.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Three years of AML experience in financial services preferred.
• Experience with documentation management and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Study legal and commercial documents to understand client activity, structure, and risk.
• Understand and execute AML policies and procedures per local and global principles.
• Interact with Middle Office to obtain required client documents.
• Advise on onboarding requirements and status.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and protect bank reputation and assets.
• Coordinate with Middle Office, Policy, GFCC and other Regional/Global teams.
• Prepare data or reports for regulatory needs related to clients.
• Produce and maintain client setup metrics from a regional perspective.
