Testing Site - JPMC is seeking an AML/KYC Analyst - Quality Control to review client profiles and ensure compliance with AML/KYC standards. You will work under a KYC Associate or Manager and collaborate with Legal, Compliance and Technology teams.

The role emphasizes accuracy, process understanding, and the ability to adapt to evolving requirements in a financial services environment. Fluent English and strong communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Performing the review of client profiles to understand activity and risks based on documents.
• Obtain understanding of AML policies and internal procedures in line with local and global principles.
• Resolve issues by identifying underlying problems and patterns.
• Build knowledge of procedures, systems, products and services.
• Foster partnerships with Legal, Compliance, Internal Controls, Technology, Client Services.
• Identify and control risk to prevent fraudulent account behavior.
• Prioritize daily workload to maximize productivity with strong time management.
• Follow all established policies, procedures and practices.
• Project a confident and professional presence to all extended teams.
• Work independently with supervision and escalate complex issues as needed.
