Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a candidate to support Know Your Customer (KYC) and client documentation analysis for onboarding and remediation projects in Buenos Aires.

You will review legal and commercial documents to assess activity, structure and risk, and ensure AML compliance across local and global procedures. The role requires fluent English, strong communication, organization, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• KYC and client documentation analysis for new and existing accounts.
• Study legal and commercial documents to understand client activity and risk.
• Understand AML policies and internal procedures locally and globally.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Portuguese knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform KYC and client documentation analysis to support approvals and amendments.
• Study documents to understand client activity, structure and risk.
• Apply AML policies and internal procedures in local and global contexts.
• Address onboarding questions and advise on requirements and status.
• Ensure client records comply with applicable rules and protect the bank's reputation, assets and finances.
• Coordinate with internal Lines of Business to follow up on pending documentation.
• Perform client searches on public sources to obtain relevant information.
• Create and maintain client records in Global Reference Data systems.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Internal Controls, Technology, Client Services and regional/global onboarding teams.
• Prepare data or reports for regulatory needs related to clients.
• Participate in special projects as requested.
