Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a KYC Relationship Officer to join the CBCO KYC Organization in Buenos Aires, Argentina. You will partner with Bankers and AML/KYC Operations to ensure client KYC records meet regulatory standards and complete due diligence at inception and renewal.

The role requires strong AML/KYC knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to manage renewal cycles, risk, and client expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in financial services.
• Ability to identify AML risks and apply AML/KYC policy concepts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client and partner expectations in a consultative way.
• Exhibit ownership of KYC/AML experience and client experience.
• Ensure KYC/AML deliverables are met and hold internal partners accountable.
• Demonstrate ongoing understanding of KYC/AML processes and address delays/inefficiencies.
• Manage operational risk through awareness of process risks.
• Escalate risk items and drive issues to closure.
• Support banker in client selection and risk assessment.
• Independently manage renewal cycle of Due Diligence Forms with Relationship Management.
• Maintain timely portfolio management while preserving quality.
