Sovos is seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to organize, maintain, and optimize our support knowledge assets for global customers and teams. You will develop strategies to make information accessible and ensure accuracy, searchability, and AI readiness across knowledge bases, docs, FAQs, and training materials.

You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts, use analytics to drive improvements, and leverage AI tools to enhance document generation and content discoverability.

Formación

• Experience in knowledge management, technical writing, or content management.
• Understanding of information structure for clarity and findability.
• Strong writing/editing skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with knowledge management systems and CMS tools.
• Awareness of AI-assisted content workflows and analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement knowledge management strategies aligned with goals.
• Create, organize, and maintain content across knowledge bases, docs, FAQs, and training materials.
