Sovos is seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to organize, maintain, and optimize our support knowledge assets. You will develop strategies to make information accessible, create content that helps people solve problems, and ensure accuracy, searchability, and AI readiness across global teams.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts, leverage AI tools for document workflows, and conduct regular content audits to maintain quality and relevance.

Formación

• Experience in knowledge management or content management and technical writing.
• Ability to structure information for clarity and findability.
• Strong writing/editing with attention to detail; translate complex info clearly.
• Experience with KM systems, content tools, and information architecture.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted content workflows and NLP basics.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement knowledge management strategies aligned with goals.
• Create, organize, and maintain knowledge bases, docs, FAQs, and training materials.
• Ensure content is accurate and optimized for AI, search, and accessibility.
• Use analytics to track content performance and identify improvements.
• Conduct regular content audits for consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to capture institutional knowledge.
• Leverage AI tools to improve document generation and discovery.
