Formación
- Foundational computer software knowledge with the ability to learn quickly and become proficient in Sovos software and services.
- Strong customer service skills with emphasis on listening and documenting client needs.
Responsabilidades
- Provide technical and sales support to customers via telephone, email, and chat.
- Test form updates to build knowledge and ensure product quality.
- Troubleshoot customer issues using remote support software and identify patterns for solutions.
- Communicate user challenges and software updates across departments.
- Log technical issues into bug tracking software and maintain the support portal.
- Improve software programs by evaluating objectives and leveraging AI tools.
