Félix is seeking a Knowledge Operations Specialist to own the knowledge base, oversee content creation and workflow processes, and ensure documentation aligns with product launches. You will collaborate across Product, QA, L&D, and Compliance to keep information current and trustworthy for frontline operations.

You will leverage AI to simplify complex rules, maintain clear writing, and drive adoption of standardized SOPs across teams. This role is remote with a plan to move to a hybrid model.

Formación

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Background in instructional design, UX writing, editorial work, or education.
• Documentation experience in operations, knowledge management, or SOPs.
• Experience with content workflows and LMS integration is a plus.
• Able to work with AI tools for documentation work.

Responsabilidades

• Own the knowledge base: create, structure and maintain doc sets for operations teams.
• Design the workflow around content creation and launches, with inputs/outputs and owners.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, L&D, and Compliance to ensure docs are aligned with launches.
• Provide proposals beyond tickets to improve documentation and processes.
