Sovos is seeking an Implementation Consultant to guide new clients through onboarding, owning the full lifecycle from kickoff to go-live. This client-facing role shapes how customers adopt Sovos platform, translating business needs into technical solutions.

You will drive project plans, run sessions with clients, document configurations, and provide training and post go-live support, leveraging AI tools to enhance workflows and documentation.

Formación

• Experience in a service-related, client-facing role with multitasking and delivering quality outcomes.
• Background in client-facing implementation, project management, or technical consulting.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for clients during implementation, from kickoff to go-live.
• Develop and manage project plans, identify risks, and resolve issues to keep on track.
• Complete configuration tasks and document setup for smooth handoff to support teams.
• Lead collaborative sessions to translate business requirements into technical specs and configurations.
• Provide training and ongoing support during peak processing times after go-live.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and improve documentation.
• Identify and recommend process improvements for the team and clients.
