Sovos is seeking an AI Support & Optimization Analyst to implement, monitor, and scale AI technologies enabling exceptional, scalable customer support globally. The role focuses on optimizing AI-powered systems, data-driven governance, and expanding automation while maintaining a human-centered service approach.

You will work with support teams to monitor performance, identify automation opportunities, and deliver regular performance reports to stakeholders across the organization.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and optimize AI-powered customer support systems (chatbots, ticketing, routing).
• Analyze AI performance metrics to improve resolution rates and customer satisfaction.
• Configure AI tools using data-driven insights and A/B testing to scale inquiries autonomously.
• Identify new automation use cases to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Assist in governance to ensure quality, compliance, and ethics in AI interactions.
• Create reports on AI performance, scale metrics, and efficiency gains for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with support teams to refine automation and maintain human-centric service.
