AgileEngine is seeking a Trainee/Junior Candidate Development Representative to be the first contact for potential candidates and guide them into our talent pipeline. It is an entry point into IT recruitment and Lead Generation with room to learn and grow.

You will reach out via email and other channels, perform initial screening, and collaborate with teams to maintain a steady flow of qualified candidates in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Formación

• 0-1 year experience in recruitment, sourcing, customer support, or lead generation.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English (B1+).
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to handle large volumes of written communication daily.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with pre-generated candidates via email and other channels to introduce our opportunities.
• Make initial qualification of candidates through messaging and screening questions, ensuring their fit for roles.
• Drive conversion by engaging and motivating qualified leads to move forward in the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in CRM and Google Sheets.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
