Lago is seeking a Talent Sourcer to generate qualified candidate pipelines from remote locations. You’ll leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms to map talent, build outreach sequences, and hand off screened candidates to recruiters.

In this fast-paced, global team, you’ll maintain accurate records, measure reply rates, and adapt messaging to improve outreach effectiveness, while coordinating overlap with United States business hours.

Formación

• 2+ years sourcing experience in corporate or agency recruiting.
• Hands-on LinkedIn Recruiter experience plus another sourcing platform.
• Sourcing experience in ecommerce, marketplace, supply chain, or tech preferred.
• Experience contributing to a shared search library or sourcing playbook preferred.
• Proficiency with Boolean searches and live search exercises during interviews.

Responsabilidades

• Build sourcing strategy and channel plan for each requisition.
• Construct Boolean search strings across LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Conduct market mapping and talent landscape analysis on requisitions.
• Maintain and improve the shared Boolean library with reusable strings.
• Write outreach emails and multi-touch campaigns tailored to requisitions.
• Execute outreach at volume across InMail, email, and social channels.
• Follow up promptly on candidate responses and track metrics.
• Re-engage silver medalists and saved pipelines for future roles.
• Build passive talent pools for anticipated roles ahead of approvals.
• Hand off qualified candidates to screening with a written fit summary.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing data for reporting.
• Participate in weekly calibration with the TA Manager.
