Rootstrap is seeking a dynamic freelance Talent Acquisition professional to support our recruitment efforts across multiple roles in the tech sector.

You will source, screen, and interview candidates, partnering with our TA team to meet hiring goals. This role fits a freelance arrangement and offers flexibility in Argentina-based operations.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in tech recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
• Flexibility to work on a freelance basis.
