AgileEngine is looking for a Trainee/Junior Candidate Development Representative to be the first contact for potential candidates, guiding them into our talent pipeline.

You will reach out via email and other channels, perform initial qualification, and drive progression of qualified leads, while collaborating with teams to ensure a steady flow of candidates. This entry-level role offers room to learn and grow in IT recruitment and lead generation, with mentorship and clear milestones.

Formación

• 0-1 year experience in recruitment, sourcing, customer support, or lead generation.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English (B1+).
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to handle large volumes of written communication daily.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Aptitude for easy learning and fast adaptation.
• Creative thinking and a goal-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with pre-generated candidates via email and other channels to introduce our opportunities.
• Make initial qualification of candidates through messaging and screening questions, ensuring their fit for roles.
• Drive conversion by engaging and motivating qualified leads to move forward in the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in CRM and Google Sheets.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
