AgileEngine is seeking a Trainee/Junior Candidate Development Representative to be the first contact for potential candidates, emailing and guiding them into our talent pipeline. This entry point into IT recruitment and lead generation offers room to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

You will qualify candidates, maintain CRM data, and collaborate with teams to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads, with flexible work options including remote and office visits.

Formación

• 0-1 year experience in recruitment, sourcing, customer support, or lead generation.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English (B1+)
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to handle large volumes of written communication daily.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Trainee/Junior Candidate Development Representative to join the team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential candidates, reaching out via email and other channels, introducing them to our opportunities, and guiding them into our talent pipeline. This is a great entry point into IT recruitment and Lead Generation, with lots of room to learn and grow.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Communicate with pre-generated candidates via email and other channels to introduce our opportunities.
• Make initial qualification of candidates through messaging and screening questions, ensuring their fit for roles.
• Drive conversion by engaging and motivating qualified leads to move forward in the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in CRM and Google Sheets.
