• Bachelor's degree in HR management or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of HR, call center, or customer service experience.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) mandatory.

• Accurate case documentation in the HR Service Desk system.
• Route or escalate complex inquiries to HR teams per policy.
