Formación

• Based in Buenos Aires with ability to travel locally.
• Experience supporting macOS, iOS, and Windows devices.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 admin tools (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint).
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills; English fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the first point of contact for IT requests via Jira.
• Provide technical support for macOS, iOS, and Windows devices.
• Manage device enrollment, configuration and redeployment.
• Onboard and offboard employees; collect and return devices.
