Proofpoint is seeking a Senior DevOps and Data Engineer to join our Data Platform team in a hybrid role. You will own reliability, automation, and delivery of data pipelines and analytics on an AWS-first stack, building CI/CD, infrastructure, and DevOps tooling to empower data teams.

You will work with AWS Glue, Athena, S3, and related services, focusing on secure, scalable, and observable data infrastructure that accelerates data product delivery.

Formación

• 5+ years in DevOps, platform engineering or SRE with data eng exposure.
• Deep AWS expertise across core services and data services.
• Hands-on IaC with Terraform and/or AWS CDK.
• Strong CI/CD, containers, and observability experience.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for data workloads.
• Own cloud infrastructure and data platform reliability.
• Develop self-serve DataOps tooling and templates.
• Lead incident response and post-mortems for data platforms.
• Collaborate with data scientists, security, and engineers.
